Visage is looking for a motivated, positive, Onboarding Manager to join our growing Customer Success team! As our Onboarding Manager you will…

  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding process
  • Drive adoption of Visage and ensure the client is set up for success
  • Follow a step-by-step onboarding plan to ensure customers are hitting Onboarding milestones and adopting best practices
  • Develop onboarding success metrics per client and partner with the client on execution
  • Own Customer Health and adoption metrics for assigned book of clients during onboarding
  • Own resolution of account escalations during onboarding
  • Respond to customer requests via email and our ticketing system (Intercom)
  • Contribute to maintaining and creating training materials and help center articles 


About You:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS company and/or in the Talent Acquistion space
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with training and software implementation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences 
  • Detail-oriented and process driven
  • Experience with CRM and Ticketing Systems (we use Salesforce and Intercom) is a plus
  • Experience developing help articles and training materials including video production is a plus
